Orders take 1-3 business days to process after order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated on the UPS website. Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order after it has been processed.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier.
New arrivals and orders placed during the holiday season are subject to longer processing.
We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout. If an address error is made, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.
Note: We cannot ship to PO boxes.
